Please Note:
This is an alcohol-free retreat. No drugs or alcohol are allowed.
However, this is not necessarily a recovery retreat, where the focus will be on sobriety. Yes, when we sit in circle in sacred sharing there may be talk about one's journey in recovery but the intention with these retreats is to have an experience, a vacation that is substance free! We will have fun, we will laugh, we might cry, there will be healing, there will be inspiration, there will be rest & relaxation, and there will be adventure!
Each guest will receive a 45 minute coaching session with Emily to dive deep on anything, which may or may not be sobriety related.
Sober curious women and those who are craving an alcohol-free experience and connection are welcome to join!

Stay in a cozy boho/chic home in amazing Sedona! Enjoy the indoor and outdoor spaces during free-time, including a hammock for R&R.
For each retreat, there will be one private room available with a queen bed and one shared room with two beds (comfortable Nectar Mattresses). The rooms are super cute with luxury bedding- You will sleep well here!
