Think sisterhood, inspirational music and dance-inspired movement!
Tap into your femininity and sensuality and feel free in your mind, body and soul!
We will have fun! There will probably be some laughter & there might be tears.

The event is 90 minutes, but only 60 minutes of movement. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early if possible so that we can begin on time! Thank you!
Parking: You can park in the parking garage or on the street!
Things to know:
There are yoga mats available to use
Wear regular yoga clothes
Feel free to dress in something that makes you feel sexy
Bring layers to stay comfortable
Bring a water bottle (we do have a filling station)
