Join Emily and Stephanie for a delightful evening of Yoga and Ayurveda. You will be led through a mindful, all-levels Vinyasa slow flow with grounding aromatherapy! Emily incorporates powerful music to make your soul sing and special intentions to have you feeling inspired. You will receive an optional short neck and head massage during savasana.
Additionally, Stephanie will be sharing an overview of the Doshas to help you better understand your mind-body type. And you will learn simple, practical tips to support and enhance your well-being through the colder months, using Ayurvedic principles.
