Cacao Flow - Winter Solstice Celebration
Come celebrate the Winter Solstice with us with a warm cup of ceremonial grade cacao and a nourishing, heart opening slow flow yoga practice followed by a sound healing savasana.
The curated music, throughout the night will have you feeling free in your mind, body and soul.
It's powerful to come together in community and set intentions around the Equinox's and Solstice's. A time to reflect on what was and get clear on our vision for what we desire moving forward.
On one of the darkest nights of the year, we will gather in the cozy studio of Ether Wellness and during the practice, we can gaze out the windows to the beautifully lit up capital on the square.
We will cultivate the light within' to support us through the holiday season and the winter months.
This will be an evening to remember! My hope is that you leave feeling open, connected and inspired!
