Goddess Yoga
90 Minute Session
Women Only + All Levels Sisterhood + Empowerment Find your voice. Speak your truth. Open your heart to receive. All of you is welcome here! This is a non-traditional yoga practice that incorporates rituals and practices to support women to tap into their femininity and sensuality so that they can feel FREE in their mind, body and soul. Cacao Flow
90 Minute Session
All Genders + All Levels Heart Opening + Inspiring Ceremonial grade cacao is a plant medicine- a heart opener. We begin in a seated circle, sip cacao elixir + set intentions (Intentions can be curated to fit your event or retreat) With open hearts, we transition into a yoga flow that incorporates powerful music, voice activation, breathwork and sound healing. $300 - Up to 15 participants $15 each additional person ** Travel fee may apply |
Other ways I can support you + your vision:
Co Facilitation: Opening + closing ceremonies, group connection exercises, sacred sharing circles, creative workshops, fun team building games & much more!
Support Person: Decor (I create beautiful spaces), set-up/tear down, attention to detail, errand runner, space holder, breakfast and/or snack bar etc.
Equipment/Decor Rental: 20 new yoga mats, yoga straps, Bose PA system with headset, coffee/tea maker, tables + table clothes, tea mugs, 3 tier stands for snacks. I used to own a retreat center.. If you need it, I probably have it!

- The Sofia Hotel Downtown San Diego: Created their yoga + wellness program
- Owned and operated a wedding venue wellness retreat in northern AZ
