Emily Killeen:
Emily is sobriety coach, spiritual yoga teacher and a transformational retreat facilitator. She believes that connection, community and accountability along with SOME sort of spirituality and health and wellness are essential for sobriety success!
She received her 200 RYT and became a yoga teacher in 2013 which was a pivotal point in her own healing and recovery journey and shortly after that began leading wellness retreats in Sedona, Arizona.
After 15 years of bouncing in and out of recovery she’s finally committed FULLY to sobriety and is on a mission to help others discover their own path to recovery to experience the gifts of living an amazing sober life! In 2019 she went all-in and became a sobriety coach and is now officially a Certified Recovery Coach with CCAR Recovery Coaching University.
She offers a variety of in person workshops, retreats and virtual events to create safe containers where women can gather, celebrate and grow. She believes that when we feel good, then we make better decisions for ourselves and it's her highest joy to guide others to connect with their true essence, discover their purpose and step into the life they are meant to be living!
Emily loves travel, being in nature, and adventure and spends her free time hiking, taking yoga classes, drinking lattes and hanging out with friends, family and her three big dogs!
Cacao Yoga Flow: Emily will be serving a super-food ceremonial grade cacao elixer & will guide a heart opening yoga flow w/ uplifting music with a self-love theme. Emily's Cacao comes from Belize and is the raw form of chocolate which has heart opening properties such as Anandamide and antioxidants such as Magnesium, Iron and Zinc. She mixes it with organic oat milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, agave and a hint of cayenne. Most individuals feel more open, connected and loving when consuming cacao in it's raw form.
Stephanie Endres:
Stephanie has always had a strong interest in natural medicine and nutrition, and believes with the proper diet and daily practices of self-care, we can give our body and mind the strength to heal from within. She was introduced to the traditional healing system of Ayurveda while traveling and in 2012, she began studying Ayurveda at Kanyakumari Ayurveda and Yoga Wellness center in Milwaukee, WI. It was there where she became certified in Ayurvedic Health Counseling and Ayurvedic Bodywork. She also studied Marma Therapy, Ayurvedic Energy Healing, and Healing Touch. And she has studied Womb Shakti Medicine with the Wise Earth School of Ayurveda.
Currently, She is working towards becoming an Ayurvedic Sadhana Lifestyle Consultant.
When working with her clients, she begins each session by connecting with them on an individual level and setting an intention for the treatment. It is because of this personal connection that she hopes to offer continued support for all her clients throughout their healing journey. When working with her, you will do the work together to allow healing and balance to occur naturally. Showing our bodies love from the inside out is so important. We are aligned with the rhythms of nature and should honor Mother Earth and all she has to offer us.
Spending time in nature is one of the best medicines. In her free time, She adores hiking with her two dogs and working in her herb, veggie, and flower gardens during the spring and summer months.
Seasonal and Healthy Eating Guidelines: Stephanie will be sharing seasonal and healthy eating guidelines to help keep the body and mind balanced through the fall and winter months, using the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda.
Lauren Kimberly Moore:
Lauren Kimberly Moore is a Certified Spiritual Director having trained through the Spiritual Guidance Training Institute (2018-2020). Her training groomed her to be a supportive, loving and non-judgmental companion along the spiritual path for those who seek deeper meaning, purpose and understanding in life. Spiritual direction is a non-directive contemplative practice that carries one into present, intimate and holy spaces. Lauren’s aim in this work is to be a compassionate listener and to help support the creation of sacred moments in daily life.
Lauren is a Registered Yoga Teacher with over 500 hours of training through Alignment Yoga (2015/2017), Holy Yoga (2017) and the Vivekananda Kendra Yoga Research Institute (2001).
